ALLAAHUMMA S’ALLI A’LAA MUH’AMMADIN’W WA AALI MUH’AMMAD |
O Allah! Send blessings on Muhammad and on the children of Muhammad. |
| BISMILLAAHIR- RAHMAANIR-RAH’EEM |
In th name of Allah, the Beneficent the Merciful. |
| ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA YABNA RASOOLI RABBIL A’ALAMEEN | Peace be on you, O son of the Mesenger of the Lord of the worlds! |
| ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA YABNA AMEERIL MOO-MINEEN |
Peace be on you, O son of the Commander of the faithfuls! |
| ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA YABNA FAAT’IMATAZ ZAHRAA | Peace be on you, O son of Faatimah Zahraa! |
| ASSALAAMU AL’AYKA YAA H’ABEEBALLAAH | Peace be on you, O dearest intimate of Allah! |
| ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA YAA S’IFWATALLAH | Peace be on you, O sincere friend of Allah! |
| ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA YAA AMEENALLAAH | Peace be on you, O faithful confidant of Allah! |
| ASSLAAMU A’LAYKA YAA H’UJJATALLAAH | Peace be on you, O decisive argumern of Allah! |
| ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA YAA NOORALLAAH | Peace be on you, O light of Allah! |
| ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA YAA S’IRAAT’ALLAAH | Peace be on you, O the “way” unto Allah! |
| ASSLAAMU A’LAYKA YAA BAYAANA H’UKMILLAAH | Peace be on you, O meaning and demonstration of the commands of Allah! |
| ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA YAA NAAS’IRA DEENILLAAH | Peace be on you, O he who rescued the religion of Allah! |
| ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA AYYUHAS SAYYIDUZ ZAKIYY | Peace be on you, O liberal, mild and wise sage! |
| ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA AYYUHAL BARRUL WAFIYY | Peace be on you, O he who was kept out of (his) rightful office (but) carried out (his) duty! |
| ASSALAMU A’LAYKA AYYUHAL QAAA-IMUL AMEEN | Peace be on you, O confident guardian! |
| ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA AYYUHAL A’ALIMU BIT TAA-WEEL | Peace be on you, O scholar who determined the essential feature of (Religion) ! |
| ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA AYYUHAL HAADIL MAHDIYY | Peace be on you, O the rightly guided guide! |
| ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA AYYUHAT’ T’AAHIRUZ ZAKKIYY | Peace be on you, O impeccable “man of learning “! |
| ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA AYYUHAT TAQIYYUNNAQIYY | Peace be on you, O God –fearing holy! |
| ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA AYYUHAL H’AQQUL H’AQEEQ | Peace be on you, O genuine, worthy and deserving right! |
| ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA AYYUHASH SHAHEEDUS’ SIDDEEQ | Peace be on you, O truthful witness who gave life in the way of Allah! |
| ASSALAMU A’LAYKA YAA ABAA MUH’AMMADIL H’ASANABNA A’LIYY WA RAH’MATULLAAHI WA BARAKAATUH |
Peace be on you, O Abaa Muhammad, Hasan (son of) Ali! Mercy of Allah and his blessings be on him. |

| ASSALAMU A’LAYKA YABNA AMEERIL MOO-MINEEN | Peace be on you. O son of the Commander of the faithfuls! |
| ASSALAAMU A’LAYKA YABNA SAYYIDATI NISAAA-IL A’ALAMEEN | Peace be on you. O son of the chief of all the women of the worlds! |
| ASH-HADU ANNAKA QAD AQAMTAS’ S’ALAATA WA AATAYTAZ ZAKAATA WA AMARTA BIL MAA’ROOFI WA NAHAYTA A’NIL MUNKARI WA A’BADTALLAAHA MUKHLIS’AN WA JAAHADTA FILLAAHI H’AQQA JIHAADIHEE H’ATTAA ATAA KAL YAQEEN FA-A’LAYK |
I stand witness that you established prayers, and paid the poor-due, preached goodness, proscribed evil, had sincerely served Allah, strived, leaving no stone unturned, against heavy odds, in the cause of Allah, to the fullest extent, till the inevitable came unto you. |
| AS SALAAMU MINNEE MAA BAQEETU WA BAQIYAL LAYLU WAN NAHAAR WA A’LAA AALI BAYTIKAT’ T’AYYIBEENAT’ T’AAHIREEN |
So “peace be on you” from me so far I live, and the orbit of “nights following days” call it a day; and on the pure people of your house, |
| ANAA YAA MAWLAAYA MAWLAN LAKA WA LI-AALI BAYTIKA SILMUN LIMAN SAALAMAKUM WA H’ARBUN LIMAN H’AARABAKUM MOO-MINUN BI-SIRRIKUM WA JAHRIKUM WA Z’AAHIRIKUM WA BAAT’INIKUM |
I , O my Mawlaa, again and again willingly pay allegiance to you, and to your family, I am at peace with him who makes (his) peace with you. I make war against him who goes to war with you. I truly believe in your innermost best aspect, in your evident public role, in your externally appearing style, in your mystical dimensions of spirit. |
| LA-A’NALLAAHU AA’-DAA-AKUM MINAL AWWALEENA WAL AAKHIREEN WA ANAA ABRA-U ILALLAHI TA-A’ALAA MINHUM |
Allah condemns your enemies, those of old, and those of later time. I turn to Allah, the highly praised, breaking all connections with them. |
| YAA MAWLAAYA YAA ABAA MUH’AMMAD YAA MAWLAAAYA YAA ABAA A’BDILLAAH |
O my Mawlaaa! O Abaa Muhammad ! (and) O my Mawlaa! O Abaa Abdullah! |
| HAAD’AA YAWMUL ITHNAYN WA HUWA YAWMUKUMAA WA BISMIKUMAA WA ANAA FEEHI Z”AYFUKUMAA |
Today is Monday, it belongs to both of you, refers to your names, in its hours I take refuge with both of you, |
| FA-AZ”EEFAANEE WA AH’SINAAZ”IYAAFATEE FA-NIA’-MA MANIS-TUZ”EEFA BIHEE ANTUMAA WA ANAA FEEHI MIN JIWAARIKUMAA FA AJEERAANEE |
make me feel at home, a most generous friendly welcome, because who so turns to you for accommodation lives in ease and comfort, and in this hour it is I who is in your neighborhood, so let me be near you. |
| FA INNA KUMAA MAAMOORAANI BIZ”Z”IYAAFATI WAL IJAARATI |
Verily both of you have been chosen and assigned to give asylum and refuge. |
| FA-S’ALLALLAAHU A’LAYKUMAA WA AALIKUMAT’ T’YYIBEEN |
Blessings of Allah be on you both, and on your pure children. |
